We stand behind our product. If you are not completely satisfied with Booky AI within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, we will issue a full refund—no questions asked.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund under our 14-day guarantee:

• You must request the refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase date.
• This applies to your first subscription only (not renewals or upgrades).
• Your account must be in good standing (not terminated for violation of Terms).

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel after the initial 14-day period:

• You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
• You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
• No prorated refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the current billing cycle.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email our support team at info@bookyai.co.uk with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address.

We typically process refund requests within 3-5 business days. Once processed, it may take your bank an additional 5-10 business days to reflect the credit on your statement.

5. Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

• One-time setup fees or consulting services that have already been performed.
• Charges processed more than 14 days prior to the request.
• Accounts suspended for violation of our Terms of Service.
